We need to verify your name, age, address and in some instances require further documentation from you. The GB Gambling Commission require us to complete this to make sure we know our customers. This article describes what is required in more detail.

Next, to verify your address you can provide one of the below documents dated within 3 months.
If you hold a valid driving licence, then this can be used as proof of address. You can provide an alternative document for age verification (ie passport) or a driving licence that has been issued within 3 months.

In the unlikely event we don’t receive these details your account will remain restricted, meaning that you will be unable to make any deposits/withdrawals and place bets or wagers using bonus/real funds.
