We need to verify your name, age, address and in some instances require further documentation from you. The GB Gambling Commission require us to complete this to make sure we know our customers. This article describes what is required in more detail.

Age Verification

 A check undertaken by Heart Bingo to ensure that the customer is the minimum age, which may include making a check to an Identity Management Specialist Company in the first instance. This does not affect a customer’s credit score but will leave a record of the check.

Address Verification

Next, to verify your address you can provide one of the below documents dated within 3 months.

If you hold a valid driving licence, then this can be used as proof of address. You can provide an alternative document for age verification (ie passport) or a driving licence that has been issued within 3 months.

Sky or Internet Bills
Council Tax Bills
Bank Statements
Government Letters
Driver's Licence 

Please ensure that we’re able to see all the information that we have requested on the same page, for example: your name, address and date issued.

In the unlikely event we don’t receive these details your account will remain restricted, meaning that you will be unable to make any deposits/withdrawals and place bets or wagers using bonus/real funds.

Your account will remain restricted until both identity and proof of address documents are verified.

Documents We May Require

We want your time with us as a customer to be as trouble free as possible. However, we have responsibilities under our UK gaming licence and GDPR to reduce the risk of fraud occurring on your account. If a customer plays with us beyond certain thresholds we may request copies of the below documentation to satisfy our responsible gaming and anti money laundering obligations. On rare occasions we may request a “selfie” with a corresponding photographic ID to be 100 per cent sure of identity.
