How It Works 

• Collect 1 entry ticket to the Winner Takes All promotion for every £10 spent in Selected Games. 
• The number of tickets collected each day will be updated in real time in your Heart Bingo account. 
• You can view the Ticket numbers you’ve collected in The Raffle section of the website which can be found here: Please Note that the Raffle Section for viewing your tickets is not visible on the App. To view your tickets, please use the above website link. 
• You can collect a maximum of 50 tickets per day to enter into the prize draws.
• Promotion runs at selected intervals (rounds) of 10 days between 07/06/24 and 11.59pm on 15/09/24.
• The 6 prize draws will take place on the 16.09.24 using the qualified entries from each round. The winner of each round will have the option of receiving a £5,000 cash prize or can forfeit this to play in the Winner Takes All Bingo room on the 23.09.24 for the chance of winning a £50,000 jackpot.
• The final bingo room to play for the Jackpot will be on the 23/09/24

What you get 

 

• There will be the above qualifying rounds with its 6 accompanying prize draws during this promotion. By qualifying for each round, you will get entered into a prize draw for a chance to win £5,000 
• Each prize draw will select one Winner who will win £5,000 which they can then choose to accept or to forfeit to gain entry to a final Winner Takes All Bingo room to get the possibility to win the £50,000 jackpot. 
• The prize winners for each draw will be picked at random from all qualifying entries. 
• All draws will take place and winners will be notified on the 16th September via phone call and email.
• Each winner must decide whether they wish to accept £5,000 cash or forfeit it for the chance to play for the £50,000 jackpot in The Winner Takes All Bingo Room and must let Heart Bingo know their decision, via the email address provided to them, by midday on 19th September 2024.
• If a winner has not responded via email to let Heart Bingo know whether they would like to accept the £5,000 cash prize or  forfeit it for the chance to play for the £50,000 jackpot in The Winner Takes All Bingo Room by midday on 19th September 2024, then they will automatically receive the £5,000 cash prize and will no longer be eligible to play in The Winner Takes All Bingo Room.
• The Winner Takes All Bingo Room where the winner of the £50,000 jackpot will be decided will take place on 23rd September 2024 at 20:00
• For the avoidance of doubt, any winners who choose to play for the £50,000 jackpot in The Winner Takes All Bingo Room do not need to be available to play or be on-site during this time. Their tickets in The Winner Takes All Bingo Room will be pre-allocated and if they are the winner they will receive the £50,000 jackpot.
• If none of the six winners from each qualifying period choose to forfeit the £5,000 cash prize, then there will be no Winner Takes All Bingo Room available, and no £50,000 jackpot will be awarded.
• If only one of the six winners from each qualifying period choose to forfeit the £5,000 cash prize, then there will be no Winner Takes All Bingo Room available, and the £50,000 jackpot will be automatically awarded to that winner.
• Prizes will be paid out to your Heart Bingo account

Restrictions

• Qualifying customers can collect a maximum of 50 entries per day. 
• Prizes may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
• The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
• The following do not qualify for this promotion: Bets placed with Bonus Funds; Deposits from any method other than debit card or Apple Pay payments.
• If you are selected as a winner from any qualifying period, you are not eligible to win again, and we reserve the right to withhold or reclaim any second or subsequent prize won by you or any other member of your household for the duration of the Promotion. 

Other Terms 

The promoter (the “Promoter”) is BV Gaming Limited (Trading as Heart Bingo), a company registered in Gibraltar (company number 42734) with its registered office at Suite 23, Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA and trading from Suite 2:01, World Trade Center, Bayside Road, Gibraltar, GX11 1AA. 

For customers betting in Euros the currency equivalent of £1 is €1. All other currencies will be calculated at current exchange rates. 

The maximum real cash benefit that any customer will receive from Promoter bonuses or concessions is £10,000 per day (00:00-23:59 CET). This includes returns on wagers struck with promotional cash. 

In entering this promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and may be requested to provide proof of eligibility on request of the Promoter. 

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the promotion. 

The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, suspend, cancel or amend the promotion at any time. If you have already met the qualifying criteria for the promotion, then you will be entitled to participate in the promotion at the terms you entered it, (subject to any expiry or other terms contained in the promotional terms or in these terms) and you will be entitled to any winnings associated with the promotion. 

Should a change become necessary as a result of an exceptional event or any circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, for example, the cancellation of a sports event that was a requirement for participation, or a condition of a prize, the Promoter may substitute the reward for something of equal or greater value. For example, if the event that the free bet should be used on is cancelled, the free bet will be usable on any sports event. 

Customers are able to withdraw their real cash balance at any time without it affecting the qualification, award, prize or wagering for this promotion.
