Please note, you will be unable to withdraw funds to MasterCard if the currency is other than GBP, Euro or US Dollar.
UK customers depositing with MasterCard issued by non UK Banks such as Santander and Metro Bank, and also Bank of Scotland, Newcastle Building Society and Clydesdale Bank will also be unable to withdraw back to these cards, and will need to use an alternative method such as BACS/bank transfer to withdraw funds. We apologize for any inconvenience, this is due to restrictions imposed by the card suppliers.
Clients depositing by MasterCard who receive an error message will need to use an alternative payment option in order to withdraw their funds (VISA card, bank account and others). Please note that our Security Department may request documentation to verify any additional payment methods.
Currently, withdrawals cannot be made to cards issued by Santander, Metro Bank, Newcastle Building Society, Clydesdale Bank, Bank of Scotland, Euro kartensysteme GMBH or ceskoslovenska Obchodni banka. We apologize for the inconvenience, you will need to use an alternative payment method from those available in the Cashier.
If you have not used any other method to make your withdrawal then you may wish to consider a Bank Transfer/Telegraphic Transfer.
